For every fifth commission you purchase from me, upon the fifth purchase you may also receive a headshot for free.all comms come with shading at no extra charge (excluding ref sheets).

(note that technically the first is a little less than what i do as there's no shading, I just needed more recent examples, I don't do halfbodies often)

*Note: If buying a simple ref, please tell me if you want the character to be clothed or unclothed. If you want to show an outfit and a nude fullbody, I recommend purchasing a complex sheet (seen below).

complex ref includes colored background, detailed info (or basic info), front and back fullbody (or alt form), and one of the following:
color palette and up to 3 "items"
OR a side profile

animated loops - $20 to $75
(depending on character and animation complexity, currently am limited to 24 frames total)

By commissioning me for art or purchasing a design from me, you must agree to these Terms of Service.

Commissions

After I accept your commission, I prefer to be paid upfront. Do not send any money until I accept!After the artwork is complete, I will ask you to review it before it is posted for your approval and if anything needs to be fixed or changed. When it is agreed upon that the artwork is complete and no changes or further edits are necessary, I will upload it to my social media and potentially add it here under "Commissions" as an example of my work with credit to the owner of the character.

Purchasing a design

When purchasing a design from me, please wait for me to confirm the design's availability before sending money. After I confirm the design is available for purchase and the funds are sent, I will send the original character file to you via email to ensure no loss of image quality.After the character design is purchased, all rights to the design become your own. You may do with the design whatever you like, HOWEVER, if you use the design to promote hate speech or egregious ideas/depictions I have the right to deny you service in the future.

Regarding Crypto

NO artwork made by me (dxctorbomb) may be used in any blockchain related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
